Baby Debjani Mukherjee, a 4-year-old girl, has been diagnosed with B-Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (B-ALL) — a rapidly progressing type of blood cancer. Her condition has been worsening, and she requires immediate cancer-directed treatment.
Under the care of Dr. Pritam at Tata Medical Center, Kolkata, she has been advised urgent, long-term chemotherapy for 1 full year. Chemotherapy is essential to control the spread of cancer cells and give her a chance at survival and recovery.
The treatment includes:
- Hospital admission as needed
- Intensive chemotherapy cycles
- Pre- and post-investigations
- Medicines & injections
- Doctor consultations
- Blood products and supportive therapy
- Prolonged stay for complications or side effects
The estimated cost is around ₹6,00,000, and may increase depending on infections, ICU needs, or additional supportive care.
Debjani’s father is a sales person earning less than ₹12,000 per month, which is hardly enough to cover the family’s basic needs. Arranging such a large amount for life-saving cancer treatment is impossible for them.
Despite their struggles, her parents are fighting every day with hope—but they urgently need support.
Debjani is too young to understand the battle she is fighting. She deserves a chance to grow, learn, and live a healthy life. Your timely support can save her life.
Her family humbly requests maximum financial assistance to begin and continue her chemotherapy without delay.
Please come forward and help this little girl in her fight against cancer.
Your kindness today can give her a lifetime of tomorrows.
