Baby Harshita, a 6-month-old infant, is currently admitted at Neonest Hospital, New Delhi, in a critical and life-threatening condition. She has been diagnosed with:
- LRTI (Lower Respiratory Tract Infection)
- PDA – Patent Ductus Arteriosus (4.55 mm)
- Heart Failure
- UTI – Urinary Tract Infection
Due to her severe breathing difficulty and unstable heart condition, she is currently on ventilator support. Her treating consultant, Dr. Anuradha, has advised urgent cardiac surgery for PDA Closure to save her life. Delay in surgery may worsen her condition and lead to irreversible complications.
Harshita continues to struggle every minute in the ICU, battling infections, breathlessness, and heart failure. Her condition remains clinically poor, and she requires prolonged hospital stay, continuous monitoring, and emergency medical management.
Harshita’s PDA (4.55 mm) is causing excessive blood flow to her lungs, leading to:
- Severe breathing difficulty
- Heart enlargement
- Repeated infections
- Congestive heart failure
Without timely PDA closure surgery, her life is at serious risk.
The hospital has estimated a total cost of around ₹8,00,000 (8 Lakhs), which includes:
- ICU stay & prolonged hospitalization
- Pre & post-operative investigations
- Ventilator & critical care support
- Medicines & consumables
- Pediatric cardiac surgery
- Doctor & specialist charges
Harshita may need more than a month of hospital care due to her fragile condition.
Harshita belongs to a very poor family. Her father works as a factory labourer, earning less than ₹10,000 per month.
This amount is barely enough for food and rent, and the family is unable to afford such a huge medical expense.
They are emotionally and financially broken, yet fighting every moment to save their baby girl.
In view of these genuine and urgent medical facts, we humbly request you to please support Baby Harshita with maximum financial help. Your contribution can directly help her get:
- Life-saving PDA closure surgery
- ICU care
- Medicines & investigations
- Ventilator and critical support
Your generosity can give this 6-month-old baby a chance to survive, breathe normally, and live a healthy life.
Please help save Baby Harshita. Your kindness can bring hope to this struggling family.
